Twenty eight years experience in the martial Arts, ten years experience designing and teaching law enforcement Defensive Tactics in central and south Florida. Founder of the street survival program ( Safety Concepts) for fire fighters and medical personnel for Volusia County. Former S.W.A.T. team instructor for Daytona Beach Shores Police Dept.. Florida State Representative for International Modern Arnis Association. Certified instructor in Active Countermeasures by the Justice Training System Association. Advanced Instructor with the International Police Tactical Training Academy. Sokeship Board member and Florida State Representive for the World Combat Arts Federation. Duties: Fire suppression, fire prevention and education, emergency medical response,triage, stabilization and transport of victims. Personal research in many different styles of martial arts. 1975 to 1976 Studied Jeet kune Do concepts, Terry McClain, Columbia, Tnn. Certified Master Instructor in March 2001 by Professor Carter Hargrave - President World Jeet Kune Do Federation. 1976 to 1977 Trained under, 10th Dan Mike Foster in Yoshi ki karate, Daytona Bch. Fla. 1978 to 1980 Studied as a deciple in Wuy Lum Kung Fu, Grand Master Daniel Pai, Ormond Beach, Fla. 1980 to 1984 Kune Do martial arts, earned the rank of Shodan, Thomas Mead, Daytona Bch, Fla.
1988 to present Studied Jerry Poteet's teachings of the original jeet kune do techniques 1990 to 1997 Studied Kenpo, achived the rank of second degree Black Belt, Don Zanghi , Orange City, Fla. 1992 to 2000 Trained directly under Grand Master Remy Presas, in Modern Arnis, Grand Master Wally Jay in Small Circle Jujitsu , and George Dilman Ryukyu Kempo. Achieved the rank of Lakan Dalawa ( 2nd degree Black Belt) from Grand Master Remy Presas. 1990 to present I started developing my own style of martial arts called Tsung Chen Do (english translation "survival way"). Tsung Chen Do was endorsed by Grand Master Remy Presas, Grand Master Wally Jay, and Grand Master Lou Angel of the National College of Martial Arts where I was awarded the rank of 5th Dan in Tsung Chen Do. In 1999 Tsung Chen Do was reviewed by Frank Brado director of the Combat Martial Arts Practitioners Association , where I was sanctioned 10th Dan and first greneration Master of Tsung Chen Do. In April 2000 I was sponsored by Dr. Brent Fuller into the International Alliance of Sokeship, Founders & Headmasters Association . On April 10th 2000 I was granted full Sokeship by the governing board of Headmasters. On May 20th 2000 the council of the International Alliance Of Martial Arts Masters sanctioned me as10th Dan and Grand Master of Tsung Chen Do. On Jan. 1st 2000, I opened a Martial Art school located in Edgewater, Fla. and on July 20th, 2000 I was appointed to the sokeship board for the World Combat Martial Arts Federation. On November 4th 2000, I was inducted into the U.S.A.International Black Belt Hall of Fame for Grand Master of the Year.
